Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely, probably safer than using your credit card in a store. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of the state of Pennsylvania where we are located. We do not collect sales tax from residents of any other US state or the rest of the world.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Master Charge credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.

How much will my shipping charges be?

We ship all orders by Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, are clearly displayed. International customers, please read this for some special circumstances that may affect international shipments.

What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Priority Mail for your protection.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

We try to ensure that all items appearing on the web site are in stock for immediate delivery, but we can not guarantee that all items on the web site are available. If an item you ordered is not available, it will automatically be deleted from your order unless you specifically request otherwise. Requests to backorder items may require charging additional postage. You may, of course, request that incomplete orders be cancelled.

What is your policy on privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, period.

How do I track my order?

Our site currently can not provide order tracking information to customers. However, domestic packages valued over $200 and international packages weighing more than four pounds are tracked.
